Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

How long will my order take?

Maclou products are handmade to order with love. Please allow the following timeframes:

Standard orders: dispatched within 3–5 business days of your order being placed.

Personalised orders (custom name or art panel): dispatched within 5–7 business days.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days via Royal Mail or equivalent courier.

Total estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from order date.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Busy periods

During peak celebration seasons (Christmas, Easter, summer holidays) please allow an additional 2–3 business days for dispatch.

Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe please contact us at hello@mc-lou.com and we will resolve it promptly.
