Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

McLou is a small independent business, and many of our products are made, prepared or finished by hand.

Our typical processing times are:

Standard products: dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Personalised or made-to-order products: dispatched within 5–7 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on the product. Where a different timeframe applies, this will be stated on the individual product page.

Business days do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days via Royal Mail or another suitable courier.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and the available delivery options.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.

Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will also be provided.

During particularly busy periods, including Christmas and other seasonal events, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.

Where possible, any significant changes to our normal processing times will be communicated on our website.

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@mc-lou.com and we'll be happy to help.

For damaged items, we may ask you to provide photographs of the product and packaging so that we can investigate the issue.
